Re: Vore-igins?
Always was my interest for about as young as I could remember. Vore in media such as cartoons actually turned me away from it since the results where always against my preference. I was close to believing I was repulsed by the concept. Meanwhile, I developed an identity as a predator as the solution to my regular nightmares was to be the monster and eat everyone. Attack On Titan introduced me to vore vocabulary and I started seeking out content and ah eating my friends. Basically immediately after I discovered it was a THING I put it into practice. Lucky me my main favorite people at the time were both prey inclined things

Re: Vore-igins?
For some reason I actually thought I’d commented on this topic a while ago, but maybe not. Anyways, I think my first introduction to the vore kink was before it was ever called Vore, and that was back when I was a big fan of nature documentaries, like Wild Kingdom. Then I started scanning the libraries for books about wildlife and especially dinosaurs that had pictures of dino predation as such. National Geographic magazine was also a favorite of mine since it often had scenes of animal predation. I have always been attracted to such things even from a very young age. In fact I might even say that it was my desire to see Vore scenes that was one of the reasons I got into trying to learn how to draw in the first place. Then much later in life when I discovered the online furry community, I started to see there was an actual name for this odd attraction I had. From there my desire to see acts of predation not only grew but became more refined and specific. I still enjoy watching a lot of Nature Documentaries although nowadays if I want to see scenes of real life Vore, I can simply do a search on Youtube for it.

I'm actually more similar to your through that vore in media mode you think you were repulsed by it, vore in media makes me angry, maybe it's because I'm pray and almost all vore in media end in gruesome death or the fact that they see it as evil, I believe vore is a good thing, it's about the pray trusting and surrendering to the predator, they Know how to ends and yet that's what makes it so good, trust, submission, and the knowledge that you are at there mercy, the knowledge that you belong to them now, that makes it what it is. But vore in media ignores all that and makes it a matter of your gonna die a painful death, it's just wrong, that's why I hate vore in media, and I will never change my mind

Re: Vore-igins?
I'm not quite sure what sparked my interest, but it feels very complicated for me xD
I was always terrified of the idea of being eaten whole and dying in a monster's gut, but regardless of that I always felt something about seeing someone being swallowed whole. my mixed feelings would typically keep me from going out of my way to seek out vore stuff, Until I inadvertently was experimenting with it by RPing with a few of my friends that were really into it. As an RP partner I liked playing into people's fantasies more so over my own, which naturally led to me being exposed to it in a variety of situations and circumstance, and as a result it slowly built my own interest further. other factors that influenced me was seeing mawshots, those really were a slippery slope (pun intended ;3) for me and being introduced to soft non-fatal vore. Coming across some vore based flashgames, and specifically the one from Alsnapz, also contributed significantly. I can't say there was a moment where I said "ah, yes, I like vore now" as opposed to the interest always being there and me just gradually accepting it and figuring out the ways that I like it the most. :3

Re: Vore-igins?
I wish I found it like that, I was in middle school and was looking at p*** hub I class and I just randomly stumbled opon it, and something about it just stuck, you could say love on first site and you wouldn't even be far off, and sense then it's had shape my online personas forever, even after my parents found out a compered it to cannibalism, I still felt like it was a real part of who I was, I don't think anything or anyone will ever make me feel different about it, and even if it becomes real, I'd probably be the first person to sign up to be lunch, hahaha. But I wasn't always pray, I for the longest time never picked a side, but one day I had an epiphany, when I watched videos I made sure never to swallow saliva when the pred was swallowing the pray, I released I was making sure not to be the pred, so this, I was pray, hahaha

When it comes to my end, I remember, bowsers inside story was a big thing. A lot on media and shows did lead to me thinking on it a lot more and remember growing up resting on the inside of a lion gut. It was odd, but I soon found out around 2020, when I saw a lucario vore image and immediately fell in love! Lots of media overall and thoughts led to mostly all the friends I have made so far! And I can never not love vore for the fun, comforting yet enjoyable feeling!
