I must be going insane HOW DO I ADD A PROFILE PICTURE

I'm following the brief guide in FAQ, and there is simply no button to add a picture. I've tried mobile view, desktop view, and no, nothing, so I am surely missing something. HELP.

The FAQ looks to be generic still, sorry.
At some point, we'll have to get some basic guides up.
To add a user avatar(in this case, an "avatar" is the same as a profile picture), you must:
-go into the User Control Panel(is under the dropdown where your user/profile name is on the top right, below the forum banner)
-click on the "Profile" tab in the User Control Panel (folder tabs on the top of the Control Panel interface)
-go to the "Edit avatar" menu in the Profile tab (on the left side of the Profile tab once you've opened it)

At that point, it's relatively similar to anywhere else, just upload the image you wish to have as your avatar/profile picture from your computer/phone and you should be good to go.

Click your name - user control panel - profile - edit avatar and you can upload it there
