I'm just about willing to bet that as soon as the ability to upload art comes back on that the site is gonna crash from just the sheer amount of people that've been waiting to post for these past few days. It'll be like opening some kind of floodgate!
Yeah, I've got a couple new works I'm waiting to post there (and other sites as well) but that is something of a concern and a question, tis it better to post as soon as I'm able or wait until everything stabilizes again. Oh well I suppose that's why it's always good to have more then one site to upload to which I could've done already, but I just felt like I want to be able to do all my uploads at once.
I think it really comes down to how much visibility you're wanting. There will be tons of people starved for seeing new art, but if the uploads are by the dozens every second then it's possible that not as many will see your piece due to being buried by all the other art being posted. Best bet might be to wait for things to slow down just enough to both be stable to upload and be able to have enough time on the first page to actually be seen.
Well that actually sounds like some good advice. Normally I do have the problem of watching my posts disappear beneath tons of other uploads. Especially nowadays with the flood of AI that’s out there. So I suppose that I should’ve just uploaded my stuff to the other sites I’m on and then wait until everything on FA calms down and goes back to normal. But maybe I can wait just one more day and make all my uploads at once as it’s looking like FA will be coming back sometime today.

Ya welcome, it's just nice being able to help out, obviously alot of work goes into making art so ya' gotta do whatcha' can to have it be seen. Im hoping in the future FA expands more on its tagging system so people can better find the stuff they like.
