In the world of Anaria prey live peaceful lives, but raiding parties of predators roam the countryside attacking villages and capturing live prey to keep as prisoners/rations. Most captured prey are saved for later, but Brock here decided that this raccoon was just too tasty-looking to wait for, so down the hatch he goes. Maybe Brock will unlock the racc before he swallows him, or maybe Brock is feeling extra gluttonous today and will swallow him chain and all, and if he does that then anyone else who is on the chain will share the same gurgly fate in a fox belly.
