Okay so I was just scrolling through YouTube and found it whatever this is.

Not entirely sure what I'm looking at, like I know it's in there but I don't know most of the things they're talking about, I'm a kemonomimi, not a furry. Regardless I'm sharing it for two reasons, one I want to know if you guys understand it cuz I don't, and two I thought it'd be funny

This is a spoof of "Welcome to the internet", but with furries. Do you want like, a list of references made and a translation of jargon to common speach? What part in particular are you trying to understand?

Well I know it's a "welcome to the internet" remix, but my main confusion is because the AI singing it did it really bad

I'm confused aswell? The video has lyric subtitles, and the description also has the lyrics. Some of the stuff being referenced in the song are things ya probably don't wanna look up

It doesn't sound like AI to me because they add tone and personality to the song in a way that isn't in the original. They probably just over used autotune and it sounds funny over their accent

Talking to a person that actually works with AI, you can add a lot of different tones to AI, also there's a clear program to sense to the way it says each word, like an AI reading off a script, also if it was said by a real person they would have noticed that they can pronounce some of those words with additional syllables or entire additional words that they haven't done, "welcome to furry fandom", it could easily be "welcome to the furry fandom', it requires almost the same amount of syllables and can be said with the same length as "welcome to furry fandom", also at the very end of it they said "can I interest you in furry thing all of the time", saying it as "can I interest you in furry things all of the time" it doesn't add any additional length to the sentence in any meaningful way, however, it didn't do that, a good example to compare it to is that one Cotton eye Joe sung by Hatsune Miku, the way the words are done is quite reminiscent of AI, I'm not saying it couldn't be a real person, I'm just saying it's not likely

it's likely someone who used autotune and has an accent. OP is also from taiwan so probably not a native english speaker so pronouncing some words would be hard for them
