Seems like alot of folks like winter, have to agree. I feels it's easier to get warm as opposed to cooling down, especially when living in an area where AC isnt very common. Camping during winter is also really nice, kinda have to carry extra gear to accomidate the cold, but not having bugs, staying toasty by the fire, keeping a flask of whiskey cold in the snow, and the calmness that comes with it is very cozy.
Oh, and being able to wear a sweater without getting hot is nice too.

Re: Favorite Seasons?
Both in role play and out of it, I'd prefer winter hands down. Its just easier in general to bundle up and put on more layers than it is to avoid the heat. Plus I just really like the cold in general. Soft warm robes are nice too and hot chocolate is always a wonderful treat~
For role playing purposes, and as my lovely foxy self, A nice warm pelt on me keeps me warm in the winter days and honestly I see beauty in the sheer cold. Its a time of quietness, and stillness. When the forest whispers go still and when the hustle and bustle of villages calms. When large predators seek their dens for a long cozy rest till the dawn of spring. I love the quiet and if I need somewhere warm to bundle up I'm sure a friendly pred in their den won't mind sharing the warmth of their belly, snuggled up against it or inside it~

I'd probably say the fall (Autumn) has to be my favourite season.

The liminal seasons spring and fall in their warmer halves but I also enjoy summer. Winter is my enemy. I don’t like how quickly the cold can incapacitate and injure.

I mean, technically speaking, the heat is kinda the same in that regard XDoi3 wrote: Sat Jun 07, 2025 3:41 pm The liminal seasons spring and fall in their warmer halves but I also enjoy summer. Winter is my enemy. I don’t like how quickly the cold can incapacitate and injure.
But I get what you mean, I sometimes hate the cold, but my biggest thing with the heat is that I can't do anything about it besides sit in the air condition, where as I can dress heavy for the cold.

Spring and Fall are in my top, equal position.
Winter second.
Summer last (I can't stand the heat).

Winter or autumn. Something about the colder atmosphere is so nice. Springs cool too, I just don't want to sweat every night during summer. Fur traps in the heat…
